Banking Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2)¹

1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Banking Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of items 1 to 25 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Sector Legislation Amendment (Prudential Refinements and Other Measures) Act 2010.

1. Amendment of Banking Regulations 1966

Schedule 1 amends the Banking Regulations 1966.
