au thor i ty of t h e same as follows :—

1. The provisions of t h e A c t four Victoria n u m b e r t h i r t een as

amended by the Ac t five Victoria number twenty- four shall ex tend a n d apply to every Company firm and association receiving money on deposit wi th in t h e Colony of New South "Wales and t rad ing u n d e r l imited liabili ty a l t hough such Company firm or association do n o t issue bills or notes payable to t h e bearer a t s ight or on demand .
