and House of Assembly of the said province, in the present Psrlia-	B tralia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
ment assembled, as follows:

1, This Act may be cited as (' The Bsnk Holidays Amendment Short t i th

Act, 1893,''

2, Section 4 of the " Bank Holidays Act, 1873," shall extend to Holiday may be proL

authorise the proclamation of a bank holiday limited to any district	claimed in certain
or locality to be described or referred to in such Proclamation.

3. Whenever any of the following bank holidays, viz., the Birth- certainholidayaw be kept on Monday,

day of Her Majesty or Her successor, the Anniversary of the Acces- sion of Her Majesty or Her successor, the Birthday of the Heir Apparent, would fall on any day other than a Monday, the following Monday shall bc a bank holiday instead of such day.
