PROCLAMATION

[LS.] Cross, Governor of the State of Western Australia.

1, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council and under section 5 of the Prisons Act 1981, alter the boundaries of the prison declared by a proclamation published in the Government Gazette of 17 March 2000 on page 1485 and known as the Bandyup Annexe as follows —

(a)	by inserting after "enclosures" where it first occurs the following — " and place ":
(b)

by deleting the Schedule to that proclamation and inserting the following "

Schedule

The whole of the land being portion of Swan Location P and being Lot 683 the subject of Diagram 100254 and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 2188 Folio 411, together with buildings and enclosures on that land.

with effect from the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government

Gazette.
