PROCLAMATION

R M. Jeffery, Jeffery, Companion of the Order of Australia, Officer Governor, of the Order of Australia (Military Division), Military [L.S.] Cross, Governor of the State of Western Australia.
I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, under section 5(1)(a) of the Prisons Act 1981 declare the buildings and enclosures set out in the Schedule to this proclamation to be a prison within the meaning and for the purposes of that Act to be known as the Bandyup Annexe as from and including the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette.
Schedule
On the land being portion of each of Swan Locations 01 and P and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 2101 Folio 547, the 2 most southerly enclosures (each enclosed by a wire mesh fence about 2 metres high) and the buildings within the enclosures.
