1. This Act may be cited as the "Balmain Load Closing Act, 1916."
2 . The road or right-of-way in the municipality of Balmain which is described in the Schedule to this Act is hereby closed ; and the site of such road or right-of- way is, for an estate in fee simple free from all trusts, covenants, conditions, and dedications affecting the same, vested in Henry John Bourne,
| of Balmain, parish of Pe tersham, county of Cumber land , S ta te of New Sou th Wale s , being the right-of-way, 10 feet, and variable in width, provided in Clarke 's subdivision of par t of a l lo tment 5 of section 12 of a subdivision of 550 acres granted to Wil l iam Balmain : Commencing on the southern side of a lane 12 feet 6 inches wide, being the prolon- gat ion of Bruce-street to Darling-street, at a point d is tant 100 feet | from |
