1. This Act may be cited as the "Balmain Load Closing Act, 1916."

2 . The road or right-of-way in the municipality of Balmain which is described in the Schedule to this Act is hereby closed ; and the site of such road or right-of- way is, for an estate in fee simple free from all trusts, covenants, conditions, and dedications affecting the same, vested in Henry John Bourne,

of Balmain, parish of Pe tersham, county of Cumber land , S ta te of New Sou th Wale s , being the right-of-way, 10 feet, and variable in width, provided in Clarke 's subdivision of par t of a l lo tment 5 of section 12 of a subdivision of 550 acres granted to Wil l iam Balmain : Commencing on the southern side of a lane 12 feet 6 inches wide, being the prolon- gat ion of Bruce-street to Darling-street, at a point d is tant 100 feet from

from the building line of Darling street ; and bounded thence on the north by that side of that lane bearing 105 degrees 2!) minutes 10 feet; on the east by the western boundary of lot 4 of Clarke's subdivision bearing 194 degrees 50 minutes G4 feet 11] inches; on the south by a line bearing 285 degrees 19 minutes 5 feet 4 inches; on the west by a line bearing 14 degrees 50 minutes I feet 0 inches ; again on the south by a line bearing 285 degrees 51 minutes 4 feet 8 inches ; again on the west by the eastern boundaries of lots .'.!, 2, and 1 of Clarke's sub- division aforesaid bearing 14 degrees 50 minutes (iO feet 5 inches to the point of commencement, and containing an area of 2 ] perches.
