1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ballina Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 30).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Lennox Head:

(a)	part of Lots 1 and 2, DP 1165957, being part of 44–52 and 54–78 Blue Seas Parade, respectively,
(b)	part of Blue Seas Parade adjoining Lot 1, DP 1165957,
(c)	certain buffer areas near Blue Seas Parade.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Ballina Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
