I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ballina Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 25).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 781542, Compton Drive, East Ballina, being land

under Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987.

(2)

This Plan also applies to the following land under Ballina Local Environmental Plan

2012 (the Principal Plan):

(a)

land set out in Schedule 1 to this Plan, including certain land at Alstonville (part of Lot 1, DP 853747, being part of 79 Johnstons Road), East Ballina (Lot 1, DP 632176, Suvla Street) and Lennox Head (part of Lot 43, DP 1168665, being part of 8 Seamist Place) which, immediately before the commencement of this Plan, was deferred matter under the Principal Plan,

(b)
