This Plan is Ballina Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 50, DP 259593, Banyanda Lake, Ballina,
(b)	Lot 63, DP 263861 and Lot 132, DP 775228, Ballina Quays Canals, West Ballina.
