This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

This Plan applies to land to which Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987 applies.

4 Amendment of Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987

(1) Clause 5 Interpretation

Insert in alphabetical order in clause 5(1)—

rural industry has the same meaning as in the standard instrument

prescribed by the Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans)

Order 2006.

(2)	Clause 6 Adoption of Model Provisions
Insert “, rural industry” after “residential flat building” in clause 6(a).
