1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment

No 114).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	part of Lot 11, DP 260847, North Creek Road, Ballina,
(b)	Lot 34, DP 1121058, Alexander Circuit, Lennox Head,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 858199, being land adjoining the Richmond River, Ballina,
(d)	Lot 116, DP 1111892, Commercial Road, Alstonville,

as shown edged heavy black on Sheets 1–4 of the map marked “Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment No 114)” deposited in the office of Ballina Shire Council.
