1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment

No 111).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Aim of Plan

This Plan aims to rezone the land to which this Plan applies so as rectify a zoning anomaly.

4      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to parts of Lots 11 and 12, DP 1122527, part of Lot 2, DP 1074242 and part of a road, being land adjacent to the southern boundary of the Riveroaks residential estate, Ballina, as shown coloured light brown, edged heavy black and lettered “1 (d)” or coloured light scarlet, edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)” on the map marked “Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment No 111)” deposited in the office of Ballina Shire Council.
