1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment

No 109).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Aim of Plan

This Plan aims to reclassify the land to which this Plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993 with the effect that the land is discharged from all trusts, estates, interests, dedications, conditions, restrictions and covenants affecting the land or any part of the land.

4      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land within the local government area of Ballina, being Lot 4, DP 260847, North Creek Road, Ballina and part of Lot 158, DP 243997, Deegan Drive, Alstonville, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Ballina Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment No 109)” deposited in the office of Ballina Shire Council.
