Correction to a decision in an application to deal with a dispute involving stand down

The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 7 May 2018 [2018] FWC 2483, is corrected as follows:

1. By adding to paragraph [73] the word ‘not’ in the last sentence, as per the following:

[73]       … For these reasons Mr Ball submits that Section 524(1)(b) does not apply.
