Bail Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Bail Act 1992.

Commencement

1.  (1)  This regulation and regulation 2 commence on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette.

(2) Regulation 3 commences on the day on which section 21 of the Bail (Amendment) Act 1994 commences.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Bail Regulations.

Repeal

3.  (1)  Regulations 3 and 7 of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

(2)  The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is repealed.
