s1 2 s4 Bail (Prescribed Programs) Amendment Regulation No. 106, 2007 (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Bail (Prescribed Programs) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Bail(PrescribedPrograms)Regulation 2006 . 4 Amendment of s 3 (Prescribed programs) Section 3— insert— ‘(d) for the Magistrates Courts at Cairns, Great Palm Island, Rockhampton, Townsville, Woorabinda and Yarrabah—a pilot program called ‘The Queensland indigenous alcohol diversion program’.’.
