Bail Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Bail Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2.            Schedule amended

The Schedule to the Bail Regulations 1988* is amended in
Form 5 as follows:

(a)	after item 5A, by deleting "(Tick Box if applicable)";
(b)	by deleting item 5B.
