BAIL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Bail Amendment Regulations

1992.  

Schedule amended

2.      The Bail Regulations 1988* are amended, in the Schedule, in Form 11 by

deleting " — the superintendent or person in charge of any prison in the

State;".
