This proclamation is the Bail Amendment (Persons Linked to
Terrorism) Act 2019 Commencement Proclamation 2019.
2. Commencement of Act
The Bail Amendment (Persons Linked to Terrorism) Act 2019,
other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on
1 January 2020.
