Bail Act Amendment Act 1984, No. 11 81 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Bail Act Amendment Act 1984. (2) In this Act the Bail Act1980-1982 is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Bail Act1980-1984. 2. Amendment of s. 13. Bail in cases of charges of serious offences. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:- " (3) No fees shall be taken in the several offices of the Supreme Court or by the several officers thereof in relation to an application for bail to the Supreme Court or a judge thereof.".
