1. The applicant seeks special leave from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Ward P, Leeming and Kirk JJA) dismissing an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Adamson JA) which in turn dismissed the applicant's summons seeking judicial review of a decision to terminate his employment within the NSW Department of Customer Service.

2. The proposed appeal has insufficient prospects of success to justify the grant of special leave.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
