  1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of the Federal Court of Australia (Collier J) dismissing an appeal from the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Judge Humphreys) where the applicant's application for judicial review of a decision by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal was also dismissed.

  2. The proposed appeal raises no question of general principle and otherwise advances no arguable ground of appeal against of the decision of the Federal Court. The application for special leave to appeal should be refused.

  3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
