Aviation Transport Security Amendment Act 2006

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 4 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Aviation Transport Security Amendment Act 2006, fix 4 December 2006 as the day on which items 1 to 19 and items 21 to 35 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
