1 Name of Designation
This Designation is the Autonomous Sanctions (Sanctioned Vessels – Democratic People's Republic of Korea) Designation 2015.
Commencement
This Designation commences on the day after it is registered.
Definitions
In this Designation:
DPRK means the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
vessel means a vessel or boat of any description and includes a hovercraft and any floating structure, but does not include an installation.
Designation of sanctioned vessels
For regulation 8(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each vessel that is mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a sanctioned vessel for the DPRK.
