1 Name
This instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions Legislation Amendment (Syria and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction) Instrument 2020.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under paragraphs 6(1)(a) and (b) and (2)(a) and (b) and subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

This Part is made for the purposes of subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

5 Continuation of effect on and after date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions Legislation Amendment (Syria and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction) Instrument 2020
