This instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Amendment (No. 1) Instrument 2020.

(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This Part is made for the purposes of subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.
5 Continuation of effect of designations and declarations on and after date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Amendment (No. 1) Instrument 2020
(1)The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the person mentioned in item 1 in Part 1 of Schedule 1, as in force immediately before the date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Amendment (No. 1) Instrument 2020, continues to have effect.
Note: On the commencement of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Amendment (No. 1) Instrument 2020, the item in Part 1 in Schedule 1 for the person mentioned in subsection (1) will be repealed and a new item will be inserted in Part 2 in Schedule 1 for the person.
