1 Name
This instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Amendment (No. 1) Instrument 2023.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under paragraphs 6(a) and (b) and subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

(1) The designation, under paragraph 6(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 34 and 35 in Part 2 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
(2) The declaration, under paragraph 6(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 34 and 35 in Part 2 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
