1  Name

This instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons—Former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2020.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

(1)  The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 38, 40 to 48, 50 to 66 and 68 to 111 in Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
