1 Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons – Myanmar) List 2018.
3 Authority
This Instrument is made under paragraphs 6(1)(a) and (b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.
Part 2—Designations and declarations of persons
4 Designated and declared persons
(1) For paragraph 6 (1) (a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a designated person for Myanmar.
(2) For paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a declared person for the Myanmar.
Part 3—Continuation of effect of designations and declarations
Purpose of this Part
This Part is made for the purposes of subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.
Continuation of effect of designations and declarations on and after date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons—Myanmar) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2021
(1) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 5 in Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
(2) The declaration, under paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 5 in Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
