subregulation 10 (1) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

This Instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons – Burma) Revocation 2012 (No. 1)

  1. Commencement

This Instrument commences on the day it is registered.

  1. Revocation of Instruments

   The following instruments are revoked:

(a)the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons – Burma) List 2012; and

(b)the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons – Burma) Amendment List 2012 (No. 1).
