1Name of regulation

This regulation is the Autonomous Sanctions Amendment (Ukraine) Regulation 2014.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011.

Add:

9 Ukraine A person or entity that the Minister is satisfied is responsible for, or complicit in, the threat to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
