Industry Authority Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in pursuance of
section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby make the following
Regulations under the Automotive Industry Authority Act 1984.

Citation
1. These
Regulations may be cited as the Automotive Industry Authority Regulations.
Interpretation
2. In
these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act"
means the Automotive Industry Authority Act 1984.
Number of members of the Authority
3. For
the purposes of sub-section 12 (1) of the Act, it is hereby declared that the
Authority is to consist of 2 members in addition to the senior member.
