(R2016/155)

MR CHRIS ENRIGHT MELBOURNE, 9 SEPTEMBER 2016
Alteration of other rules of organisation.

[1]        On 10 August 2016 the "Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and

Kindred Industries Union" known as the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union (AMWU)

(‘the organisation’) lodged with the Fair Work Commission a notice and declaration setting

out particulars of alterations to the rules of the organisation.

[2]        The particulars set out alterations to sub-rules 35A.2 and 35A.4 of the rules of the

organisation.

[3]        On 7 September, the organisation confirmed that it had complied with the rules

relating to quorum and notice.
