[1] On 29 August 2016, and on 5 October 2016, the "Automotive, Food, Metals,
Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union" known as the Australian Manufacturing
Workers' Union (AMWU) lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information
in relation to an election for the following offices:

Manufacturing Membership
Delegate to State Council (1) Rank and File State Conference Delegate to Administrative Committee (4)

[2] The above-named offices were not filled at the relevant previous election, E2015/294,
due to insufficient nominations.
[3] I am satisfied that an election for the above-named offices is required to be held under
the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered
Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the
Australian Electoral Commission.
