Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 19 October 2016, the "Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and

Kindred Industries Union" known as the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union (AMWU)

lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election

for the following offices:

New South Wales

Manufacturing Membership

Delegate to State Council (2)

Victoria

Food and Confectionery Division

Delegate to State Council (1)

[2]        A casual vacancy has arisen in relation to each of the offices described above.

[3]        I am satisfied that an election for the above-named offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
