Act to amend section 4 of the Automatic
Data Processing Equipment Bounty Act 1977

IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:
Short
title, &c.
1.
(1) This
Act may be cited as the Automatic Data
Processing Equipment Bounty Amendment Act (No. 2) 1984.
(2)
The Automatic Data Processing Equipment Bounty
Act 19771is in this
Act referred to as the Principal Act.
Commencement
2. This Act shall be
deemed to have come into operation on 5 July 1984.
Periods
during which bounty payable
3. Section 4 of the
Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (c) and substituting the
following paragraph:
“(c) the period commencing on 29
March 1982 and ending on 5 July 1984.”.
