Council, make the following Regulations under the

1.1 The AUSTUDY Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
2.1 These Regulations (other than subregulations 7.2, 7.4, 9.2, 9.3 and 19.2) are taken to have commenced on 10 September 1996.

3.1 Paragraph 4 (1) (c):
Omit “a permanent resident within the
meaning of subsection 58 (2) of the
