Australian Wool Realisation Commission Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Wool Realisation Commission Act 1991.

1. Commencement

1.1 Subregulation 3.1 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1991.

2. Amendment

2.1 The Australian Wool Realisation Commission Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Regulation 6 (Payments under section 80 of the Act)

3.1 Omit "subsection 82 (2)", substitute "subsection 80 (2)".

3.2 Add at the end:

"(2) For the purposes of subsection 80 (2) of the Act, the period within which the Commission is to make a payment under subsection 80 (1) of the Act ends at the end of 31 December 1991.".
