Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation Amendment Act 2010

I, MARIE BASHIR, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation Amendment Act 2010, fix 1 September 2010 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
