Australian War Memorial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian War Memorial Act 1980.

Interpretation

Regulation 3 of the Australian War Memorial Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the definition of “certificate” and substituting the following definition:

“‘certificate’ means a certificate issued under regulation 5;”; and

(b) by omitting the definition of “security officer” and substituting the following definition:

“‘security officer’ means a person appointed under regulation 5 to be a security officer;”.
