1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian War Memorial Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Australian War Memorial Regulations 1983

Schedule 1 amends the Australian War Memorial Regulations 1983.

(1)For paragraph 35 (1) (a) of the Act, $1 000 000 is prescribed.

(2)For paragraph 35 (1) (b) of the Act, $1 000 000 is prescribed.
