The Australian Unity Retirement Living Enterprise Agreement 2010.
[1] On 4 August 2010, Australian Unity Aged Care Pty Ltd (“the applicant”) filed an application for the approval of single-enterprise agreement titled The Australian Unity Retirement Living Enterprise Agreement 2010.
[2] Further to listings on 12 August and 24 August 2010, the proceedings were adjourned pending further discussions between the applicant, HSU-EAST and the NSW Nurses’ Association/Australian Nursing Federation, NSW Branch about proposed undertakings and related matters. On 30 August, I received advice from the applicant that while discussions were progressing positively it was anticipated an enterprise agreement would be redrafted and resubmitted for a further vote (rather than this Agreement being the subject of undertakings).
[3] I am now in receipt of a notice of discontinuance. In the circumstances, the proceedings are concluded.
