Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 24 March 2016 the Australian Trainers' Association lodged with the Fair Work

Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices:

Executive Officer – Victoria

Executive Officer – Western Australia

Executive Officer – Tasmania

Executive Officer – Queensland

[2]         At the same time the organisation lodged prescribed information in relation to an

election for the position listed below. On 11 April 2016 the organisation lodged with the

Commission a copy of a request to the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) made under

section 187 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 to conduct an election for

the following position:

Chief Executive Officer

[3]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices and the abovenamed

position is required to be held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3)

of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the

conduct of the election by the AEC.
