(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Trade Commission Act 1985.

Maximum contingent liability—Division 2 of Part V of the Act

1. Subregulation 5 (1) of the Australian Trade Commission Regulations is amended by omitting “$1,780,000,000” and substituting “$2,500,000,000”.

Maximum contingent liability—Division 3 of Part V of the Act

2. Subregulation 6 (1) of the Australian Trade Commission Regulations is amended by omitting “$200,000,000” and substituting “$500,000,000”.
