I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under section 2 of the Australian Trade Commission Legislation Amendment Act 2006, fix 1 July 2006 as the day on which Part 1 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
