Australian Tourist Commission (Allowances) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Tourist Commission Act 1967.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Australian Tourist Commission (Allowances) Regulations.

Repeal

2. Statutory Rules 1976 No. 208 are repealed.

Allowances payable to the General Manager

3. For the purposes of sub-section 18 (4) of the Australian Tourist Commission Act1967, the following allowances are prescribed, namely, the allowances payable to a person employed under section 19 of that Act.
