Australian Telecommunications Corporation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Telecommunications Corporation Act 1989.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 January 1991.

2. Amendment

2.1 The Australian Telecommunications Corporation Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. New regulation 2A

3.1 After regulation 2, insert:

Application of State and Territory laws

"2A. Subsection 96 (1) of the Act applies in relation to the period commencing on 1 January 1991 and ending on 30 June 1991.".
