REGULATION UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN SOLDIERS’ REPATRIATION ACT 1920-1921.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian Soldiers’ Repatriation Act 1920-1921, to come into operation on and from the 1st December, 1920.

Amendment of Australian Soldiers’ Repatriation Regulations 1920.

(Statutory Rules 1920, No. 112 as amended to this date.)

Regulation 89d of the Australian Soldiers’ Repatriation Regulations is amended by adding to the end thereof the following proviso:—

“Provided further that, in the event of the death of the husband, any allowance granted under this regulation shall continue to be paid to the mother but shall not exceed such amount as will insure to the mother an income not exceeding twenty-five shillings per week inclusive of pension.”
