REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1970.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1970.

Amendments of the Australian Services Canteens Organization Regulations 

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the fourth day of May, 1972.

Constitution of Council.

2. Regulation 5 of the Australian Services Canteens Organization Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (4.) the word “Adjutant-General” and inserting in its stead the words “Chief of Personnel”; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of that sub-regulation the word “Quartermaster-General” and inserting in its stead the words “Chief of Logistics”.
