This instrument is ASIC Superannuation (Amendment No. 1) Instrument 2015.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

This instrument is made under section 335 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.

The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable item in the Schedule.

Omit “1 July 2015” (twice occurring), substitute “1 July 2016”.
